Well here we are again my dear mummy,
Today I would like to share with you a little “trick” that will bring everything that you could possibly imagine into your like and that little trick is called feeling good. Nothing is more important than that you feel good because feeling good means that you are at one with that bigger you, that part of you that goes far beyond your physical body. Feeling good means that you are relaxed; it means that you are happy with where you are and with what is going on in your life. After all, just think about it. Right now, in this moment, is there anything that you can do to either change where you are or the situation that you find yourself in? I think that you will have to agree with me that the answer is NO. You may be able to change it later, or tomorrow but not this moment. So, if there is nothing that you can do then you may as well make the most of it and the best way to do that is to feel good. You are the only one that can do that. It is an inside job and wow is it ever powerful.
Feeling good is not that difficult, if you practice. Every time that you are not happy with anything that is going on at the moment then just stop and think of something that makes you feel good. You will be amazed at how quickly the situation that was not feeling so good suddenly appears to be more acceptable, less significant and by defusing it with good feelings you are in a much better place energetically. Your face is relaxed. You are naturally smiling and your body just feels like flowing water. Right? Just try it! This is where the perfect parking spot appears; this is where the traffic jam unfurls; this is where synchronicity and serendipity occur. It is at these times that one hears “it was like magic” There is NO magic or perhaps I should say that when you feel good then it is ALL magic.
